I have recently noticed a lot of changes here in Cagayan de Oro City. Infrastructure development is everywhere like road constructions and erecting buildings for hotels and malls. Pizzaterias and burger outlets grew like mushrooms together with chicken proven along Dvsoria streets. Well I guess I smell progress and development in our city and I’d like to believe it that way. But little did we know that in places we don’t usually see ( like under the bridge, riverside, landfill), poverty is on progress too. Why is that? Are we really progressing?
